Wiki Remove antibiotic spacer, replace with NON antibiotic spacer?

One of our docs removed an antibiotic spacer from a patients hip and replaced it with cement beads, but they were NOT antibiotic impregnated. Can I still use 11983 or would it be only 11982? Or is there a completely different code? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
