Renal angioplasty

Pt had a left renal artery stenosis.
Catheter selected and engaged in the left renal artery (first-order).
Then patient has angioplasty of renal artery.

Is this coded as
37246
36251
??
 
If the patient did not have a previous angio., I would code 36251 and 37246. If the patient already had a diagnostic angio., I would code 36245-LT and 37246.
