I would look at 67923 Repair of entropian; excision tarsal wedge or 67924 Repair of entropian; extensive (eg, tarsal strip or capsulopalpebral fascia repairs operation) initially, with the addition of 67835 Correction of trichiasis; incision of lid margin, with free mucous membrane graft.
