One of the doctors in the practice that I work for instructed the scheduler to schedule a patient for: Repair of Perianal Hernia and Gracilis Flap. I have the code for the flap (from the Plastic Surgeon 15734), but what code would you suggest for the perianal hernia repair? Thanks for any advice you can give me.
