This is a new Procedure:
Wescott scissors were used to exise a diamond-shaped piece of the conjunctiva and retractors, several millimetes inferior to the right lower eyelid puncta. Adequate hemostasis was obtained using the high temperature cautery. A 5-0 chromic suture was then passed full thickness through the right lower eyelid exciting several millimeters out through the diamond-shaped wound, then through the superior conjunctiva and retractor, then through the inferior conjuctiva and retractor, and then through the diamond-shaped wound exiting several millimeters adjacent to the entry point. The suture was then tied and tightened to the appropriate amount of inversion and the suture was cut over the knot.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
