Op report states that the septum was only noted to be mildly deviated. Thus instead of a formal septoplasty, it was shifted towards the midline with a sayer elevator. Thus it was a closed septoplasty and not an open septoplasty.

Is there a code I can use other than an unlisted procedure code?
