Hi,

what ICD-9 code would you use for this procedure?

Thanks

What was the reason that the leads needed to be replaced? You may be needing to look at one of the complication codes like 996.2, 996.63 or 996.75
probably likely that it won't be 996.63 if the leads were replaced though
