Replacement Code for L3670??? Shoulder Orthotic

Would anyone happen to know the replacement code for L3670?? The description is... Shoulder orthosis, acromio/clavicular (canvas and webbing type), prefabricated, off-the-shelf. Apparently it changed after 11/1. Thanks.

As far as I can tell, that HCPCS is still in use. The only thing I could find on it that was it was originally supposed to have been discontinued at the end of 2010, but CMS updated it to state it would NOT be discontinued as of 1/1/2011. https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Guidance/Transmittals/downloads/R833OTN.pdf
