What CPT code would you use for replacement of breast tissue expander? The physician did not place a prosthesis at this time, just replaced it another breast tissue expander due to a leak so that patient could have radiation.

The American Society of Plastic Surgery suggests 19357-78 (within the global period of the original expander placement). Do not bill separately for removal of the leaking expander.
