Wiki Replacing subQ system with Transvenous system

Patient has a single lead subQ ICD implant approaching ERI. Physician wants to remove entire system and replace it with a dual lead transvenous ICD system. I’m thinking:

33272 and 33241 for removal of the subQ system, and 33249 for implantation of the new transvenous system?
