Hello Forum Friends,

I need help. I received a lower extremity doppler study report to code. The reason it was ordered was to look for DVT. The full report is this: "Bilateral lower extremity venous duplex showed no evident deep vein thrombosis."

My question is this - would you accept this as a complete report and would you bill it? :confused:
