Wiki Report writing day after 90801

How should I code when our PhD does her 90801 today and writes her report for 3 hours or less the following day since she can't do all on the same day of service? Can she bill for this service (writing report), if so what code should we use? Thanks for all your help.

If by writing a report you mean dictating her notes for the 90801, she can not bill seperately. Documenting the info gathered is included in the 90801.

Also, I would question why it is taking 3 hours to do a new patient eval. General standard is about 60 min give or take.( i know code isnt based on time, but this is the typical time spent)
