I need help finding guidance on how to report units for the CRNA when they are billing under Method II - do you report on the claim form the total time divided by 15 (i.e. 60 minutes / 15 = 4 units) or do you report that plus the base units?

some people are saying you only report the time/15 but you calculate your payment based upon that plus base units but you dont' report base units - others say you report the time/15 plus base units.

Any help and resource would be appreciated
