Wiki Repositioning of Prolapsed Iris

Patient has a prolapsed iris. It was not the cause of a traumatic injury or cateract surgery. I really don't like 66680 but cannot find anything else.

"A lid speculum was then inserted. Additional topical tetracaine was instilled. A solution of Miochol was injected through the side port incision to constrict the pupil. The pupil was then repositioned iwth the Drysdale manipulator. Additional Miochol was injuected into the eye to further constrict the pupil. Balanced salt was injected into the eye to expand the anterior chamber. The wound was tested and found to be secure. The lid speculum was removed.":confused:
