I am a Family Physician who is interested in Billing for a limited OB Ultrasound in the office when appriopiately indicated. Are there any qualifications (certifications) required to bill for a 76815.

Ultrasound procedures

You can bill radiology procedures like ultrasound with modifier 26, you are already have credentials as MD who has practice set up.
