Hi everyone,
I would like to ask, what are the things i need to have/do to process a claim on patient transportation (land/air),does it needs attachments of medical records & is there any form/s that i need to have, and what are the set of codes i need to know for this kind of encounters,:confused: I badly need a help, dont know what to do, hope someone could tell me, i really appriciate all the info and help that i can get.
