I want to find out which exams have duplicated services that as radiologists we would differentiate between but share the same CPT code (example: three views of the shoulder for trauma with internal rotation, external rotation and Y-view and three views of the shoulder for arthritis with internal rotation, external rotation and axial views). Do you know a resource that lists radiology CPT codes with the technical requirements ? I don't mean the whole book that is cumbersome to use
 
I would recommend you obtain the Coders' Desk Reference for Procedures (current year). The codes are described as to how they are performed and why.
