Seeking input on benchmark or industry data on rescheduled appointments for physician practices. I have had no luck with MGMA or searching the AAPC forums/resources. Any ideas? or How do you measure and set goals around appointment reschedules by doctors?

How many reschedules does your office do per provider per month? (for doctor reasons, not because patient rescheduled) Is it common?
