POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Keloid granuloma on the right ear.
PROCEDURE: Resection of keloid granuloma on the right ear.
DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE IN DETAIL: After appropriate consent was done, a transverse incision elliptical encompassing the entire keloid and entire cartilage, resected off the granuloma and shaped the rough cartilage, shaped the conch, and then clear dissection of the skin superior and inferior and closed it without tension with #5-0 nylon.
