Wiki Resection of a small liver nodule

During the procedure there was a small nodule of the anterior middle portion of the liver. This had an irregular appearance and during the case we performed a resection of this nodule. We were able to use the Bovie to excise this and achieve hemostasis. This nodular was sent for separate pathology and was 1 cm in size.

What CPT code do I use for this?

Any advice?? I code for Urology so this is unusual for me.

Was this the only procedure done? 47399- for open liver biopsy. it was only lesion excised.

The patient had an open right nephrectomy, evacuation of small liver nodule, and resection of a small liver nodule.
