Wiki Resection of AVM in Superficial Fem Artery

Hi -

I am interested in opinions about this surgery. This is a surgical resection of an AV malformation of the left thigh (7cm x 8cm) with dissection of the origin of the tumor from the superficial femoral artery. The artery will be preserved but the branches of the artery that are feeding the AVM will be ligated. The AVM itself will be resected.

I have looked at 37618 or possibly 35226 but nothing seems to fit.

There only seems to be AVM codes for the brain and spinal cord, unless I am missing them.

Have you looked at 35190 or 35184 depending on the origin of the AVM
