Wiki Resection of tricuspid posterior leaflet

Hi! A patient had a Rt Atrial Myxoma resection (33120). My question is that he also had a Resection of posterior leaflet of tricuspid valve plus reconstruction, and I am not sure if this is included in Myxoma

I am looking at code 33463 with mod 52. There are no CCI edits.

Am I on the right track!?

I agree with the Procedure code, but question the Modifier. Was the Valvuloplasty separate from the Myxoma? Look at modifier 59.
