I am trying to audit an old surgery from 2005 to see if the original claim was correct.
The patient underwent mastectomy followed by reconstruction w TRAM flap in 2000. Now has recurrent tumor within the pectoralis major and in the axillary lymph nodes. Pt had a resection of the TRAM flap with resection of pectoralis major muscle and limited lymph node dissection right axilla.
The original claim was coded as 19200 and 19380.
Can anyone help with this?
