Up to two branch interventions may be coded when preformed in the LD diagnals, LC marfinals and RC posterior and post laterals, does this also apply to the flow reserve branches and its additional codes?

If you're talking about FFR/IVUS I would continue to code those as you have in the past and code "per vessel".
