Wiki Residential vs Outpatient MD visits

As a residential setting with 24 hour nursing care do we treat our MD visits as typical outpatient clinic visits (which is how we code now) or some sort of inpatient care? It is not a hospital setting but I'm wondering if reimbursement would be higher if we coded differently.
