What is the best resource to use for an internal audit of charts for E/M level? I have heard of charts and wheels?
 
Check out emuniversity.com. Free material as well as subscriptions available from the most coding knowledgeable physician ( a CPC) I've ever met. Not saying much I know, but Dr Jensen knows E&M.

E/M University is good but I would suggest you get online/ in touch with your MAC carrier for your area, they should have some good information and also CMS for the 1995/97 DG's as well.
