Any suggestions on good coding/billing resources to stay up to date on all the changes for occupational therapy, physical therapy, & speech therapy?

I usually always point towards CMS for general guidance. That said, make sure you know your State's special rules and regulations on PT/OT/ST, as well as each payers. They will have different policies, and in order to bill "clean" you should be on top of those.

Here are some suggestions:

CMS Therapy Services page
AAPC article on some good Therapy coding and billing
AAPC article on PTA updates
WebPT has some free guides as well
APTA - American Physical Therapy Association - another great resource on PT coding and billing.

Good luck!
