Procedure: Tracheostomy, ET tube placed under direct visualization with bronchoscopy.

Previously tracheostomy cannula was removed by another Dr at bedside. Tracheostomy canula was unable to be insert patient became hypoxemic with discoloration. Then under direct visulization of bronchoscopy, ET tbe was inserted and secured, connected to mechanical ventilation.

I have the following CPT codes and I wanted to make sure I am not missing anything. 31603 mod 53 and 31500.[/COLOR]
