Hello, I am trying to put together an updated resume after being a SAHM for the last twenty years. I just recently passed and earned the CPC-A and my ICD-10 CM Certifications. From what I have researched some say to use a Functional resume over a Chronological one and others totally advise against, also do I include what I have done on for the last twenty years on the resume. Thank you for any advise!
 
I say a chronological one and list everything. As a hiring manager I always ask if there are holes.
