I work for a retina group and one of my doctors examines premature babies thru a ret-cam from home. No face to face examination. He dictates a brief report of his findings. How should I code this examination? thank you
 
I'm not familiar with the procedure.Is this a newer type of screening being done for newborns? S0625 might be appropriate but shows its for the the complete service (ie doing the initial imaging as well as the interpretation and report).

He's been doing it for a while...maybe I may bill your code for interpretation and report....they have been using 92135 in the past, which I know is wrong. That's why Im trying to find a more appropriate one. Thank you
