what would I code for this situation
59400 NSVD no complications until placenta not delivered no hemorrhage
59414 failed - manual delivery of placenta,no hemorrhage
moved to OR
59610 failed - suction D&C, no hemorrhage
49000 laparotomy revealed uterine tear to 59100 hysterotomy - placenta was removed from a uterine horn
59350 repaired uterine tear
58611 BTL
need help with which of these codes can I use and any modifiers for AETNA PPO
