Good Morning!
A little over 5 years ago, we switched over to a new practice management system. We have kept the old server up and running since that time. We were unable to convert data to new system due to age of equipment and incompatibility. For those of you who have switched to new system or been in a similiar situation, how long did you keep system up and running? How long do we need to keep records of patient payments or where can I find this information?

We used a company called Harmony Healthcare and they were able to convert
all our data, demographic and financial into basically a look and see format.
Really was fairly easy working with them and this way we have our data at minimal
cost until we truly decide we don't need or want it.
