Hi,

I need help, hard to admit sometimes. Patient's symptoms are "Hematuria due to retained mesh in bladder". How do I code that for Medicaid? I have the Hematuria code, but then do I need the retention code too? All I could find is "V90.89 Other specified retained foreign body" for the mesh. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
