I AM ONLY LOOKING FOR CPT CODES.

Need help or ideas with how to code this case. It is different because the doctor accesses the dorsalis pedis artery retrograde. The highest place he went to was the popliteal artery. The cath placement I came up with for this was 36247. How do the families and territories work coming from the other direction?
