IS billing for retrograde access the same as transeptal access? 93462?
thank youl

Retrograde means against the flow of blood. Antegrade means with the flow of blood. 93462 means access is in a vein and going from the right atrium to the left atrium. This is usually done during a ablation of the pulmonary vein isolation for A-fib.
