Wiki Return to Cath lab

Hello-I have a patient that was in the cath lab and had a stent inserted and also coronary angiogram---92928-LD and 93454-XU. Within an hour they return the patient to the cath lab as the patient has chest pain. They insert another stent in the LD, do another angiogram and also coronary ultrasound. How do I code this second visit?

I have had them return to cath lab and insert another stent, but not in same coronary???


I would appreciate any help.
