Please help with a CPT code for a return to surgery. Pt had Lap chole with cholangiogram. On the same day began hemorrhaging. Returned to surgery and a diagnostic lap with evacuation of intraabdominal hematoma was performed. Is there anything better than a 49320 I should use?
