Good Afternoon Everyone...

I have a quick question - we have a patient in which we made diabetic shoes and upon dispensing the patient decided he no longer wanted the shoes...
Is there a way to bill M/Care??? I was under the impression that there was a modifier that can be used to indicate such BUT for the life of me I cannot remember it at this time...

Help!!!!:confused:
