I am having problems getting paid for s2344 because they are telling me revenue code 490 is incorrect does anyone have any suggestions

how can 490 be incorrect...its a procedure?? Have you tried a supervisor or gone up the ladder at all?

I've never had to use that code, but I would definitely be on the phone with the carrier supervisor and/or contract rep.
