We bill for 76700 is an abdominal ultrasound rev code 402 and 93306 is an echo and we use rev 320 and they deny them stating we are billing with an incorrect rev code because we are a surgery center and it should be an ambulatory rev code and I can only see 490 and 499

does anyone know the right code and where to get these...very new in surgery billing
