What revenue code is everyone using to set up the new Caregiver Training CPT codes 97550, 97551 and 97552? The normal ones for rehab in the 400's?

It doesn't look like CMS has finalized the proposal to pay for these services when provided by a physician, NPP, SLP, PT or OT yet per MLN Matters # MM13452 and CR 13452. Per the information in CR 13452 you can contact the following person at CMS for more information on caregiver training.
In all likelihood, if services are provided by a SLP, OT or PT, then your guess that they will need to be billed with rev codes in the 400 series. Although there is also rev code 942 - Education/Training that it may also be billed under. So, until something is published by CMS you are probably going to be in a holding pattern in preparing for providing & billing these services in 2024.

Thank you so much for the MLN matters document! I was thinking either the 400's or 942 as well if it gets approved for payment.
