Can someone please help me with?
ROS: Negative, except stated above in the HPI. (HPI only have 5 ROS)
Do I give them full credit?
 
I would give credit only for the 5 systems you identified as reviewed in the HPI. This documentation does not tell you how many other additional systems were reviewed.
