When a physician pulls an INSPECT report (controlled substance report) to see if other physicians have prescribed the same medication for an individual patient; does this meet the MDM criteria for a review of the result(S) of each unique test under 2021 guidelines?

Auditing: Does anyone give data points for obtaining information from other source 1 pt or summarization 2 pt when the provider documents "inspect reviewed"?
