Wiki Revision of reconstructed breast 19380 ???

Patient is having fat transfer from one breast to another and scar revision from previous mastectomy. Is 19380 the appropiate code for this? This is the information I was given to do a pre authorization with. Thank you for any help

According to the AAPS, it shows this would be the correct code for the revision of a previously reconstructed breast. It includes tissue excision and rearrangement to acheive assymetry. So I would think the transfer of fat would fall under this description.
