The physician states in the operative report that the femur is fine. He then removed
the tibial implant. He replaced the tibial implant and polyethylene liner.

He states it is 2 components, and should be 27487.
I'm not so sure. Is that considered 2 components ? I thought it would have to be the femur and tibia to be 2 components. I am confused.

Please help

It sounds like just the tibial components which would be 27486.

That's what I thought, too.

I guess I just needed confirmation of that.
