If anyone is able to give their insite on how they would code this, I would really appreciate it. The doctor is debating between a revision (27822), plus removal of hardware (20680) or a malunion code w/harware removal. :confused:

History: 39 year old woman sustained a right ankle fx dislocation in Guatemala. The pt had sx in Guatemala, ORIF. She came back to the US. On evaluation, she was found to have an unacceptable malreduction of her fx with inadequate hardware.
