Hello. I am not sure if I am posting this to the correct site. I do not code these, but am filling in for a co-worker. I am looking for a CPT code for:

Revision of gastrojejunal anastomosis to esophajejunal anastomosis. The insurance will not give an auth for an unlisted code, so I was told we can use an open code. Does anyone have a suggestion.
