We are are RHC who has recently discovered billing issues with the code 90807. Medicare keeps denying based on the Revenue Codes we are billing this out with. Originally, we billed this with Rev Code 0900, but as of 03/01/2012, we cannot. We thought that we could use 0914, but according to the Billing Department, because we are an RHC, we cannot use 0914. Any suggestions?
