Wiki RHC through previously placed Swan Ganz

Our cardiologist performed a right heart cath and nitric oxide study on a patient that had a Swan Ganz placed the day before during surgery with another physician from a different practice. Is there anything that we can bill for this? I understand that the nitric oxide is not charged separately, but 93501 and 93503 both include the cath placement and so I am getting stuck with what code to use.. Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
