I've just started coding for a Rheumo doc and He used L40.0 and L40.59. This doesn't seem right because there in the same family but I can't find anything to say we can't. I just needed some guidance on what others might think. I appreciate your help.

L40.0 is for the psoriasis and L40.59 is a form of arthritis in patients with psoriasis. Yes, they both fall under L40- Psoriasis, but they differentiate themselves by the numbers after the decimal to put it simply.
